‘The Fifty Most Romantic Things Ever Done’

In the book titled ‘The Fifty Most Romantic Things Ever Done’, a couple spotted each other on the morning New York to Washington air shuttle. They didn’t speak but their eyes met. She got in a cab, looked back and saw him running after her. She wrote her phone number on a piece of paper and held it up to the window, but he was too far away to read it. All day she couldn’t stop thinking about him. So she returned to the airport early, hoping to see him; but he never appeared. Finally, she caught the last flight home, alone. But when she stepped off the plane in New York, there he was, waiting for her. They are now married and have two children.
I guess that’s what the Bible means when it says: ‘Love always hopes, always perseveres.’ Just like God’s love; when we look for Him, we find He’s been there all the time, waiting for us.
